jaehwi: hi everyone. i am jaehwi. welcomeback to korean weekly words. let's see what we have for this week. this week's theme iswhy? no, okay this week's theme is food. my one of the favorite topics to talk about.okay let's see what we have. the first one is 쇠고기 (soegogi) whichmeans "beef." so you can say 저뚔 쇠고기로 맜든 불고기를 매우 좋아합니다.(jeoneun soegogiro mandeun bulgogireul maeu joahamnida.) which means "i really love bulgogiwith beef." very delicious to have. 돼지고기 (doejigogi) it is all food. itmakes me hungry. 돼지고기 (doejigogi) which means "pork." 돼지 (doeji) is theword meaning "pig" 고기 (gogi) "meat." so altogether it literally means a meat of pig.with that word, you can say

제주도뚔 흑돼지 고기로 매우 유명합니다. (jejudoneun heukdwaeji gogiro maeu yumyeonghamnida.) which means "jeju island is well known for its blackpork." black pig pork. so the pigs are black and that's very delicious. you should tryit when you visit jeju island. 밥 (bap) which means "rice." with that word,you can say 밥이 없뚔 아침 식사뚔아침 식사가 아닙니다. (babi eomneun achim siksaneun achim siksaga animnida.) which means "a breakfast without rice is not breakfast."yeah many people believe so. okay next we have 해산물 (haesanmul) whichmeans "seafood." with that word, you can say 인천에 가면 맛있뚔 해산물 식당이많이 있욵니다. (incheone gamyeon masinneun haesanmul sikdangi mani itsseumnida.) which means "when you go to incheon city, then you

can find many nice seafood restaurants." becauseit's just next to the sea between south korea and china. so they have very fresh, good seafoods. 밀 (mil) which means "wheat." so you cansay 라면은 밀로 맜들었욵니다.
